Gift cards, promotional items, and freebies are non-returnable.

Return Process:

Ship the product or hand into our store, along with a copy of the original invoice or receipt, to the address provided by our customer service team.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Unless the product is faulty or out of date we will cover the cost of shipping.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the product.

Refund Process:
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether the return is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
